As you might have heard, the 5th Conventa Crossover will be taking place in hybrid form, meaning the storytellers will be joining us both LIVE and ONLINE. Our new online platform will allow you to join the action through a live stream and exclusive prerecorded content. The online portion of the event will be taking place on Thursday, 27 August 2020.

Who will I be able to listen to?

You will be learning from the best event planners and marketers in the world, who will talk about an array of topics from event design, audience engagement and event promotion to online events and the future of our industry. Here's a sneak peek of the storytellers.

THE MODERATORS

Gorazd Čad

Moderator

A long-time meetings industry addict, Gorazd is the Founder and owner of marketing and event agency TOLERANCA MARKETING. He has many years of experience in planning, preparing and carrying out large international meetings and exhibitions. As the founder of the "Power to the Meetings" methodology, he still firmly believes in the power of live events and human to human communication. He is also the author of numerous articles and editor- in-chief of the meetings industry magazine Kongres Magazine.

Mojca Černelč Koprivnikar has for many year’s now been a passionate conference and meeting Facilitator. She helps innovative organizations and individuals create and moderate memorable business events. She is convinced that every meeting and conference must and can make a difference and should inspire the participants to act boldly. She truly believes that events have the power to connect participants and through a common experience powerfully evoke emotions, stimulate innovation, as well as personal and business growth.

ABOUT THE STORYTELLER

Stephanie Dubois is the Program Director for SAPPHIRE NOW, SAP’s flagship event and a reference in the event industry. SAPPHIRE NOW is a multi-layered, cross industry, cross LoB event, and a 3-day celebration of business and technology. It annually welcomes more than 22,000 attendees and guests from over 100 countries. Stephanie Dubois took over the management of the event in September 2018. Founded in 1972, SAP is a German company known as a market leader in end-to-end enterprise application software.

He is executive director and co-owner of the Weekend Media Festival as well as Project Manager at the World Handball Championship, the European Water Polo Championship, Terraneo Music Festival, Asian Beach Games 2010.

She is a lecturer of Marketing in Tourism at the University of Dubrovnik and is active as a speaker at different conferences.

Miha continued with Kompas DMC and later joined Grand Hotel Union, the largest convention hotel in Ljubljana. His current position is the CEO of the Slovenian Convention Bureau. Miha Kovačič is also the organiser and co-founder of Conventa Trade Show.
