Q1: What do you consider the most important criteria when evaluating projects?
The complete alignment of the proposed solution with the goal of the project. It does not matter how creative, cost-effective and brilliantly executed the solution is if it does not answer the challenge.

Having 50% of our business come from repeat customers and being judged the best place to work three years in a row.
