Payments
Payment is possible online by credit card or by bank transfer. If you choose payment by bank transfer, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with all the bank details. If you choose payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment page once you place the order.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent by the organiser when the payment is received.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the organiser.
Cancellation costs
- Cancellation before 10 August 2023 – 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation after 11 August 2023 – no refund will be given after this date.

• Executive room, 1 person: 155 € /night/room

The prices include VAT. Buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi internet access, access to the hotel’s Spa and fitness centre are include in the prices. Additional costs: Tourist tax – 3.13 € per person per night.
Room reservation deadline: until 17 August 2023 (depending on availability.
