Payments
Payment is possible online by credit card or by bank transfer. If you choose payment by bank transfer, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with all the bank details. If you choose payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure payment page once you place the order.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent by the organiser when the payment is received.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the organiser.
Cancellation costs
- Cancellation before 10 August 2022 – 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
- Cancellation after 11 August 2022 – no refund will be given after this date.
Registration fee will only be refunded in case that participant get infected with Covid-19.
